You will benefit from Shaanti Yoga Tasmania if you want to commit to a weekly gentle flow Yoga class where you can indulge in regular me-time and self-care, move your body, learn to better focus and being present, find your balance, connect to your breath and enjoy down time during the end of class relaxation.
