Shaanti Yoga Tasmania offers Yoga and relaxation to help you connect with yourself and others through gentle, strength building exercise, breathwork and relaxation.

You will benefit from Shaanti Yoga Tasmania if you want to commit to a weekly gentle flow Yoga class where you can indulge in regular me-time and self-care, move your body, learn to better focus and being present, find your balance, connect to your breath and enjoy down time during the end of class relaxation.

No passes, no ticking clocks
Just time to grow, to rest, to return.

 

This is yoga as I feel it: simple - honest - enough.

I teach because it brings me peace.
And I hope each class brings a little more of that to you, too.
Not just to stretch - but to soften.
Not to perform - but to come home.
